A poignant and acclaimed documentary in which textile artist Allan Brown spends 7 years coming to terms with his wife's death, by crafting a length of hand spun cloth from foraged nettles.  He describes how the spinning and  weaving helped calm his emotions and channel his grief.  Finally, he produces a dress that his daughter wears the nettle woods.  A meditative hymn to the healing powers nature and slow craft unfolds as the seasons changed time passes.
