Join Isle of Wight-born violinist and harp player Charlie Wild for her debut multimedia show, "The Railwayman and Other Stories."

Well known for her beautiful sound and original compositions, BBC Young Folk Awards finalist Charlie has made a name for herself as one of the UK's most arresting and individual violin and folk fiddle players. With a backdrop of vintage 1970s film footage from the Isle of Wight Railway, Charlie will present a musical retelling of her father's true tales and memories from the time he worked as a railwayman on the Isle of Wight in the 1970s and 1980s.

Using lever harp and an exciting reinvention of the historical viola d'amore, Charlie weaves each story together with beautiful original music to highlight the unseen connections between journeys, memory, music, and people. She promises a heartwarming afternoon of new music, old stories, nostalgia, and humour.
