An author is working on a project about the four key moments of love told through three couples -- one young, one mature, one elderly. He is working with a beautiful young  woman who he is convinced that he met three years earlier while she was training as a lawyer. We travel back two years in time to a series of interviews with an elderly couple who fought in the Resistance.  Could this be where the enigmatic pair first met?
